The service
Nouvico gives agencies tools to work with their clients: links through which clients grant the agency partner access to their advertising, analytics and tag accounts on third-party platforms, a CRM with messaging, forms, booking and invoicing, social media publishing, and website feedback. Access to third-party platforms is granted through each platform's official APIs and remains subject to that platform's own terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.
- Agencies must only request access they have a legitimate business reason to hold, and must handle client data lawfully.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Nouvico to obtain access without the account owner's informed consent, or to mislead clients about what they are granting.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service, or to bypass its limits or security.
- Do not use the service in violation of law or of the terms of any connected platform.
Clients
Clients who use an access link decide what to share and can remove access at any time from the platform itself. The agency, not Nouvico, is the party requesting access.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Free trials unlock the features described on the pricing page for a limited time. If a trial or subscription ends, your links stop accepting new requests; existing data stays available so you can export it, revoke access or resubscribe.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Platforms can change or restrict their APIs, which may affect features. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
