Delete my data

You can ask for the data Nouvico holds about you to be deleted at any time. There are three ways.

1. Remove the app from Facebook (automatic)

In Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations → find Easy Connect → Remove, and tick "Delete data". Facebook tells us, and we erase the login details we hold for your Meta account. You'll get a confirmation code.

2. Ask us to notify the agency

Agencies control the client data they collect through their links. Enter your email and we'll send you a link to confirm it is yours. Once you confirm, we ask every agency that holds it to delete it. The agency decides on the request and carries it out; to take back access you granted right away, use option 3.

3. Remove access yourself

You can remove an agency's access on each platform's own settings page at any time — for example Business Settings on Meta, or Access and security on Google Ads.
