Questions
Do my clients need a Nouvico account?
No. They open your link, log in with Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn, and pick what to share. That's it.
Do you store my clients' passwords?
Never. We only hold OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest. They are deleted when you delete the client, and a client can ask for deletion at any time.
What if my client isn't an admin?
Access Detective tells them who on their team can grant it and gives them a one-click way to forward your request.
Can clients take access back?
Anytime, from each platform's own settings. We re-check every connection daily, so your dashboard stays accurate.
